Obtaining Information Regarding a Critical Care Patient

To ensure families stay informed about the condition of their loved ones, specific times are reserved for meeting the doctor responsible for the patient’s care. Please proceed to the Enquiry Office during the listed hours and contact the Secretary with the patient’s name.

If the doctor is unavailable due to an emergency, you may be asked to wait or may be directed to another physician for updates regarding the patient’s condition. As patient confidentiality is extremely important, visitors may be asked to present the patient’s Attender Pass before receiving medical information.
